We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchases. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Is the Apple AirTag tracker included with the collar?

No. To keep the collar affordable and flexible for current AirTag owners, the Apple AirTag or other tracking device is not included and must be purchased separately.

Is the collar waterproof?

Yes! It has an IPX7 waterproof rating, which means it is fully protected against rain, splashes, and even being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. It's built for every adventure.

How does the GPS tracking feature work?

The collar has a dedicated holder for an Apple AirTag. The AirTag leverages the power of Apple's global "Find My" network. When your pet is near any of the hundreds of millions of Apple devices in the world, its location is securely and anonymously relayed back to you through the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.

How long does the LED light last, and how is it charged?

The bright LED light lasts for 6-8 hours of continuous use on a single charge. It is easily recharged in about 1 hour using the included USB cable.

What size should I get for my dog?


The collar is designed with a "one-size-fits-most" approach. It's fully adjustable and comfortably fits dogs with neck sizes ranging from 12 inches to 22 inches (30cm to 55cm), covering most breeds from medium to large.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, this product comes with a standard warranty to ensure peace of mind and long-term reliability.

Is the tracking compatible with Android phones?

No. The tracking feature relies on the Apple AirTag and the Find My network, which is exclusive to Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac). However, the LED light function is independent and can be used by any pet owner.
