Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@petembed.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, the quickest method is to:

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
